I own the copyright to the content of this website other than that created by our clients. All trademarks and other intellectual property are owned or licensed by us (unless otherwise specified). Whilst every effort is made to maintain the accuracy of our website content, we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors. It is possible that from time to time there may be occasional errors or omissions. Termination of this or any website operated by Louise Bloomfield Therapy  

We reserve the right to terminate the website or remove any of the services on it with immediate effect at any time, for example if:
(i) there is a change in the law which limits our ability to provide the website
(ii) an event beyond our control stops us providing the website (e.g. technical difficulties)

 

We reserve the right to remove any material on the website which, in our opinion, is unsuitable.

 

General

These Terms & Conditions of Use are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part of these Terms & Conditions of Use is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable. Use of the website is at your own risk. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered as a result of use of the website (e.g. loss of profit), even if we could have foreseen the loss, or the possibility of it was brought to our attention.

Training, Workshops & Retreat Bookings (Individuals) 

Payment is required in advance of the event to secure your place. Preferred payment is usually via bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay by card, a secure one-time payment link can be provided on request. Invoices for businesses and organisations can be arranged if required.

All workshops and retreats are subject to a minimum number of participants. In the unlikely event that this minimum is not reached, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. If this happens, you will be offered either:

• a full refund, or 

• the option to transfer your booking to a future date.

I will always aim to give as much notice as possible. I cannot refund any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation. ​

Cancellations and Refunds

I understand that sometimes 'life happens' and you may need to cancel your booking. Where possible, and with prior agreement, you may be able to transfer your place to someone else (for example if there is a waiting list). Please contact me to discuss this. 

If you do need to cancel, the following applies: 

• 28 days or more before the event: full refund

• 7 to 28 days before the event: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before the event: no refund.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel an event (for example due to illness or an emergency), I will contact you as soon as possible. Where appropriate, I may offer a substitute facilitator or an alternative date. If this is not suitable, you will be entitled to a full refund of the event fee, which will be paid within 14 days of agreement. I cannot refund any additional expenses you may have incurred (for example, travel or accommodation). You may prefer to reschedule to mutually agreed alternative events. ​

Promotional Events

 

July 2023 Promotional Code - Terms and Conditions 

Must be 18 or over. This promotion code entitles you, at the time of ordering, to a saving of 10% on online courses and workshops during September 2023. The promotion code is valid until 12:00am on 1st August 2023. Please note this excludes Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). Promotion codes are only valid for orders placed via Eventbrite. Promotion codes are only valid on specific products while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one promotion code can be used per order. Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be given for price used in the original purchase once the discount is applied (excluding Eventbrite fees). Louise Bloomfield Therapy & Training reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The offer is valid until 12:00am on 1st November 2023. This offer is only valid on specific products while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be given.
