With over 20 years' experience as a qualified trainer, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including charities, community groups, schools, colleges, universities, private sector businesses, the Army, and the Royal Air Force. My training explores difficult topics with warmth and empathy. I ensure each session is engaging, informative, and accessible. I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where participants can deeply engage with challenging subjects like loss, death, grief, mental ill-health, change, and suicide. My goal is to equip learners with the skills and understanding they need to support others effectively, creating compassionate workplaces and communities. Check out my Testimonials page for feedback from my past clients.
