Testimonials

"Louise was brought in to deliver Suicide Awareness Briefings and ASIST at RAF Cosford. From the first contact she was professional, amenable, and engaging. She went out of her way to tailor the briefings to be exactly what we needed. During the sessions, she was empathetic and informative and had an excellent way of making a very tough subject both interesting and thought-provoking. She was extremely knowledgeable on the subject she was delivering. She was able to answer the most difficult and challenging questions with ease and compassion. The best thing about the whole experience was that two individuals reached out and got the support they needed after attending Louise's briefings, who hadn’t previously indicated any underlying issues."

"Louise worked with our Directors at The Community & Heritage CIC to create a package of training and support that had our team's wellbeing at its heart, as well as learning essential skills. She delivered bespoke sessions on Mental Health Awareness, Anxiety & Low Mood, Suicide Prevention, and Self-Care & Wellbeing for the Helping Professions. The team were then offered bespoke and confidential online 1:1 wellbeing consultations with Louise after the training, so they could explore their own personal self-care practices. She also provided mental health and wellbeing training for our deaf young people's project in Manchester.

Louise is a highly trained professional. She has a meticulous approach to planning and detail in order to suit your company's needs. Her training, at any level and with any audience, is completely accessible. She manages to strike a balance between creating a safe and open environment without shying away from what can be very challenging issues. Most of all Louise cares! She genuinely cares and supports people in such an empowering way. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Louise.

"I have been very fortunate to work with Louise as an ASIST trainer and to share in her extensive expertise and knowledge around suicide intervention. Louise has been an integral part of the ASIST training for our staff across Rugby School and has had a huge impact on making our school a suicide safer community. She is a great communicator and enabler and has an incredible ability to create a sense of safety whilst dealing with a very challenging subject. The feedback from Louise’s training in the school has been overwhelmingly positive with numerous staff stating that it was the best INSED they had attended in their careers."
