I provide freelance consultancy dedicated to supporting third sector organisations to grow, develop, and maximise sustainability and wellbeing.

With over twenty years' experience working across the mental health and wellbeing sector, providing operational and strategic leadership and management, as well as direct support for adults, young people and children - I understand the unique challenges of the voluntary sector.

I have extensive experience writing successful tender bids and funding applications and preparing compelling cases for support, which have led to new income and contracts, and thus sustainability, security, innovation, diversity, and expansion for charities and CICs. I am skilled in producing meaningful impact reports, and developing user-friendly compliance and quality monitoring reporting strategies.

All with the ultimate aim of creating secure organisations with the capacity to develop innovative services that meet the needs of service users, whilst ensuring mentally healthy workplaces for hardworking and dedicated voluntary sector employees and volunteers.

I am dedicated to supporting voluntary sector organisations to develop their awareness, understanding, policies, procedures, and systems around wellbeing and mental health. Specialising in organisational wellbeing, supporting the mental health of teams and individuals, reflective practice, self-care and resilience, and and embedding creative working practices.
